A little background..

Katy started as a chef in London’s Villandry restaurant and then went on to get a (BA hons) degree in Culinary Arts from Dublin Institute of Technology.

After gaining experience assisting food stylists and working as a freelance chef over a few years, Katy took an in-house role on the food team at TI Media as Food Editor. There, developing recipes and writing food, product, lifestyle and travel pieces for women’s lifestyle brands including fit&well, Feel Good Food, Woman's Weekly, and woman&home. The role also focused on creating stand-out digital content for the company’s social media channels and websites including innovative food and recipe videos.

Always looking to gain more culinary inspiration and knowledge, Katy still works as a freelance chef, most recently having done a 6 month part-time stint at Little Duck restaurant in Dalston.
