Former magazine food editor and chef, Katy is meticulous in designing and creating edible perfection. From the technical to conceptual, historical and show-stopping to simply delicious.
With almost 20 years in the industry covering food & drink styling, recipe development, marketing, content creation, art direction and catering. Katy has worked in-house as a food editor on some of the UK’s biggest lifestyle titles and extensively with books, brands & restaurants and on commercials, social media and advertising content. Katy is experienced in creating food for TV & film productions including The Great (HULU), Lanscapers (SKY) and Ted Lasso (Apple TV).
Katy is trained with a BA (hons) in Culinary arts, majoring in food history, Pastry, aesthetics & design, consumer studies, marketing, food product development, nutrition & cookery.
